All country have their own banned thing and laws for it. But some of the things forbidden by law around the world are really quite funny like Michigan crazy laws. Let's get acquainted with some of the things that are prohibited in different countries.

In an effort to keep the streets of Barcelona free of beachgoers in bikinis and men going shirtless, lawmakers in the Spanish town on the Mediterranean banned anyone from being topless or in a swimsuit in public anywhere but the beach or a pool. Passed in 2011, fines for walking around half-naked could cost you up to €260.

In the Muslim United Arab Emirates, swearing could get you fined, jailed or deported. Under Article 373 of the UAE Penal Code, swearing disgraces the honour or the modesty of a person.This isn't just for saying the inappropriate words aloud. It includes indecent physical gestures and extends to your text messages and social media, as well. Not even indecent emojis are allowed.

A 2014 law in Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan states undergarments must be made with a minimum of 6 percent of cotton. They claim it is for health and safety. While women across the nations protested, the law is in effect and you can no longer buy lace garments. How they'll know what you have on underneath is another subject.

In the town of Sarpourenx, you cannot die within the city limits unless you already have your burial plot purchased in the local cemetery. This has to do with the fact that the cemetery is full, so the mayor issued an ordinance in 2008. He added, Offenders will be severely punished.

Homing pigeons are protected by law in Australia. This bird can travel long distances and can find its place miles away. It was once used for sending messages and racing. The bird has earned a prominent position in the country, so according to these weird laws, it is considered illegal to capture, injure or kill homing pigeons. Those found guilty are made to pay a whopping $250 penalty.

Kissing is prohibited on trains in France but allowed on railway stations only if it is done before the train arrives. Mostly, the locals would request lovers to use the designated area near the parking space. Destroying currency is considered an offence in Turkey. It means insulting the national flag and could lead to jail time ranging between six months to as long as three years. Thailand also considers stepping on any currency as an act of disrespect.

A popular law passed in England prohibits people to die in the House of Parliament. Worst part about this law is there is no way of punishing the criminals who commit it. In Oklahoma, it is against the law to have a sleeping donkey in your bathtub after 7 pm.
